On 28 August the Interact Club of SDM English Medium School, Dharmasthala, organised an interactive session titled “Calm Mind, Bright Future” for high school students. The session focused on stress management, concentration, focus, time management and effective examination preparation. The resource person, Ms. Vishnupriya Pai, a student of Alvas Central School, conducted the session in an engaging and interactive manner. Various activities were conducted to help students check and improve their concentration levels. The session also included practical activities and valuable guidance on managing stress effectively. The high school students actively participated and gained useful insights into maintaining a calm mind, improving focus and preparing efficiently for examinations. The programme was conducted by Ms Vishnupriya Pai as part of her endeavour to achieve recognition in the Golden Book of World Records. Mrs Parimala M.V., Headmistress, delivered the presidential address and appreciated the initiative and efforts of the resource person. Mrs Anusha served as the Master of Ceremonies and conducted the programme. Teachers and high school students actively participated, making the session meaningful, informative and memorable.
